Whatever you need in systems development can be handled by us. The normal progression calls for creating the business specification then using that to create the design specification. With the design specification in hand a programming (AKA development) specification is created so that the programming can be done. From there testing is done and the new system is installed and the users are trained. This is when maintenance mode starts and the program stays in that mode until it is replaced.
